Continuing Professional Education ArDA is an accredited Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Provider with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). The fee for CPE approval is $10 per credit hour up to a maximum charge of $50 per application

To obtain prior approval for an event, follow these steps

1. Print the CPE Prior Approval Form 
3. Complete the CPE form
4. Fax completed form to (501) 620-1372
5. Pay online by clicking here  

OR  

1. Include payment to the Arkansas Dietetic Association
2. Mail the form with payment to:

5. Sherwood, AR 72120

CDR Prior approval form with all requested documentation must be submitted 4-6 weeks prior to event date.  Requests submitted after deadline may not be approved due to inadequate time for review and processing.  Thank you for your cooperation in this process.
