Cindy Moore, PhD, RD is an Assistant Professor of Food, Human Nutrition, and Hospitality in the School of Human Environmental Sciences at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She serves the Arkansas Dietetic Association as assistant director of Member Services. Cindy attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for her Master’s and dietetic internship. She received her PhD from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. Cindy has previously won several awards, including a new faculty commendation for teaching commitment at the U of A.
