Clinical Dietitian, Full Time
Nutrition Services at Jefferson Regional Medical

Requirements:
*Six months acute care experience strongly preferred
*Patient care experience (can be met with hospital-based internship experience)
*Completion of requirements by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
*RD, LD or eligible within 6 months of hire.
Dietitian working in a 350-licensed-bed, acute care facility with some long-term care experience available as well. Dietitian will be responsible for assessments, follow-ups, education and any other needs for the patients admitted. Dietitian will be a member of interdisciplinary teams and advocate for patient satisfaction and optimal nutrition while in the hospital. Hospital offers a variety of patient conditions, such as nutrition support, wound care, chronic disease and long-term care. Opportunities available in Outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy as well. With patient satisfaction in mind, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team as the nutrition expert and ensure JCAHO, state, federal and company standards are achieved.
