5th Annual CSA Dietitian's Day
at the National Celiac Sprue Association Conference
October 28th - 31st, 2010 in Kansas City

Join dietitians from across the US for training on celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. Page 4 has registration for the "general conference" for health professionals and those living with gluten-sensitivities and Page 5 is registration for "dietitian day" which is an all day training targeted for dietitians - the nutrition experts.

Application is being made to the American Dietetic Association's Commission on Dietetic Registration for dietitians. We are requesting the following CEU's:
* Dietitian Day, October 28th, 2010: 6 CEU's
* General Conference, October 29th - 31st: 14 CEU's
